I'm the founder of Open-Launch.com, an open-source alternative to ProductHunt.
The Motivation
A conversation with a friend sparked the idea to build a complete and clean alternative to 1000.tools. I wanted to take the time to do it right, adding features like self-service advertising that puts control back in users' hands.
The Result
Building Findly.tools has been a super cool exercise. The platform focuses on minimalism, transparency, and giving tool creators the features to showcase their tool.
